Chesil Beach is situated in Weymouth very near Portland harbour. How to get there - Head for Weymouth, Dorset, on the A354. On coming into Weymouth look out for signs to Portland Harbour. You will head out along a long spit of land with the harbour on your left and Chesil Beach on your right.
