PADI Digital Underwater Photography Speciality Course
The PADI Digital underwater photographer course is split into two parts, Level 1 and Level 2.
Level 1 is based in the classroom and swimming pool / confined water. This teaches you how to set up your camera, what the modes do, how the light changes underwater and how this affects the way you take a picture.

Throughout the course you will learn about the different options for cameras, and which may be best for you. The PADI SEA method for getting the best shots, the primary principles of good underwater photography, also an overview on how to adjust the shots you have taken and make them into award winning pictures (OK maybe not, but certainly good enough to impress your friends!)

Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You’ve seen them underwater. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or hover almost as if by thought. They more easily observe aquatic life and take some awesome photos without disturbing their surroundings. You can achieve this, too.
